Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Premium Kitchens (pty) ltd. Services or website.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our Services.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our Services.

  1. Purchases
  • Premium Kitchens reserves the right to decline any purchase based on the following.
    • Incorrect invoice details supplied.
      • Company Name
      • Postal Address
      • Physical Address
      • VAT Number
    • Payment made to Premium Kitchens using any of the following forms of payment.
      • Cheque payments
      • Diners Club
      • American express
  • Forms of payment accepted.
    • Visa accepted.
    • Mastercard accepted.
    • Credit cards accepted.
    • Cash deposits accepted.
      • All cash payments will be subject to an additional amount of 3% of the total amount due on your order.
    • EFT Payments accepted
      • All orders paid for via EFT will only be released for delivery/ collection upon the total amount due reflecting in the Premium Kitchens bank account.
  • No goods will be sold on a “trial” basis.
  • Buyers are responsible to check full product specifications and suitability prior to placing an order.
  • Any goods returned without fault will be subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 20% of the total value.
  • Any returns must be agreed to by Premium Kitchens.
  • All returns must be done so within 7 Days from the original date of purchase.
  • All goods returned must be done with the item in its original packaging, and un-used.
  • Customers are responsible for any, and all shipping costs for any items returned.
  • Should the customer request for any items returned to be uplifted by Premium Kitchens, a collection cost of no less than R 550.00 will be payable.
    • Any uplifts done by premium kitchens outside of Gauteng will be arranged via courier services. Any courier charges are payable by the customer.
  1. Order Acceptance
  • All orders accepted are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
  • No Agreement exists between Premium Kitchens and the Buyer for the sale of any goods until full payment has been received by Premium Kitchens.
    • Full payment must reflect in the Premium Kitchens bank account prior to any order deemed as accepted and processed.
  • Any items quoted are subject to availability.
    • Any items that are out of stock on order will be placed onto back order to be dispatched as soon as available.
    • Premium Kitchens will always contact you with regards to any items not in stock with the option to cancel your order.
  1. Description and Price of goods
  • All items quoted are as supplied by the Premium Kitchens suppliers
  • Premium Kitchens cannot be held responsible for any information supplied incorrectly by any of its suppliers.
  • Premium Kitchens reserves the right to adjust any price without prior notice.
  1. Acceptance of Delivery
  • All goods delivered must be checked by the customer upon delivery.
  • Any goods delivered by Premium Kitchens that are damaged must be returned immediately.
  • Any goods delivered by use of courier services, which are damaged must be reported to Premium Kitchens within 24 hours.
  1. Warranty of Goods
  • All new goods supplied by Premium Kitchens carry a 12-month warranty.
  • All table model items are subject to a carry in warranty.
  • All used equipment supplied by Premium Kitchens carry a 3-month warranty.
  • All warranty calls must be made via phone on 011 025 2332, all calls must be accompanied by the supplied warranty call out form which must be mailed to info@premiumkitchens.co.za
  • The following will not be covered by warranty.
    • Damage caused by unsuitable storage conditions.
    • Serviceable units not being serviced within the recommended service intervals.
    • Items being used for any purpose other than the intended purpose specified.
    • Incorrect operation or use of the item.
    • Any installations carried out by unauthorized or unqualified personnel.
    • Any form of glass
    • Any form of lighting
  • Premium Kitchens shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the buyer due to any equipment failure, negligent installations, or incorrect use.
  • Premium Kitchens reserves the right to void the warranty based on the following.
    • Any repair work carried out by anyone other than a Premium Kitchens Authorized technician
    • Incorrect use
    • Willful damage
    • Alterations made to the item.
  1. Access & Installation
  • All measurements supplied by Premium Kitchens are as per manufacturer specifications and may differ.
  • Premium Kitchens requires a clear door opening of at least 1 x 2.1m to fit equipment.
  • Any demolition work to be done, in order to fit equipment is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • All electrical, plumbing and gas points are to be installed prior to delivery and installation.
  • Gas installations are to be done by an LPGSA approved engineer.
  • Electrical equipment to be connected by a qualified electrician.
  • Premium Kitchens shall not be liable for any installation done incorrectly by any unqualified installer or technician.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Premium Kitchens shall not be liable to the buyer or deemed to be in breach of contract with the buyer, by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform any of its obligations to the goods supplied, if the delay or failure was due to force majeure or any other cause beyond the control of Premium Kitchens.
  1. Storage of Goods Repaired
  • All goods repaired by Premium Kitchens are to be collected by the client within 7 working days from Premium Kitchens informing the client of repairs completed.
  • Repaired goods will only be released once payment has been received by premium kitchens.
  • All repaired goods not collected within 3 months will become sellable by premium kitchens to recover repair costs.
